Production Time

Standard US production time is 7 working days for credit established accounts. US 3 Day Service available on over 650 products, (Embroidered orders are US 4 Day Service). Production begins the day AFTER receipt of order, approved artwork & credit, and/or approval of proof. Contact factory for production time on large quantity and offshore orders.

Add 20% to 3 Day (or 4 Day) price for US 1 Day Service unless stated otherwise at bottom of page. Available on first 3 column quantities with a 1-color, 1-location imprint. Order(s) & approved artwork MUST be received at factory by 2:00pm EST/EDT to ship the following day. Paper proofs not available on 1 Day Service. Bullet Line® cannot guarantee method of shipment on 1 Day Service orders.

Order & Shipping Acknowledgements

All orders are acknowledged via ASI Transact, ePSA, e-mailand/or fax upon receipt and upon shipment. Please read carefully and contact factory immediately if correctionsand/or changes are necessary. All changesmust be confirmed in writing.

Confirmations

All confirming orders must be clearly marked “CONFIRMATION”. Factory is notresponsible for duplication if not clearly marked.

Re-Orders

Please specify the most recent P.O.Number and/or Bullet Line® job number. Customer Purchase Orders are kept on file for one (1) year. Claims: All claims must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of receipt of order.

Credits

Unused/unclaimed credits will be reversed/voided after 12 months.

Returns

Must be authorized by Bullet Line® and have an RA (Return Authorization) number. No credit or replacement merchandise will be issued for product unavailable for return to factory.

Sample Policy

Items totaling US $10.00 or less, shipping UPS Ground, no charge. Otherwise, end quantityprice plus freight. See page 361 for Canadian Sample orders.

PMS Match

US $35.00/CDN $38.50(G) per color; PMS matching cannot be guaranteed on dark colored items or stainless steel.

Imprint Color Change

US $20.00/CDN $22.00(A).

Self-Promotion

End quantity price.

Copy Change

Add an additional Set-Up Charge per copy change. Each copy must meet catalog minimums.

Personalization

Applicable Engraving set-up charge plus US $1.25/CDN $1.38(G) per piece.

Imprint Size

MAXIMUM imprint area will be used unless otherwise noted on order.

Cello-Wrap (on Pens)

Included on selected pens and pen-highlighters at no additional charge. OPTIONAL on other pens at US $.10/CDN $.11(C)each.

Multi-Color Imprints

Orders with 3 imprint colors require 2nd column quantity or 250 piece minimum (whichever is greater). Orders with 4 imprint colors or more require 3rd column quantity. Registration within 1/32” is factory acceptable.

Split Shipments

US $8.00/CDN $8.80(G) per additional location.

Paper Proof

US $7.50/CDN $8.25(G). Allow 3 working days. PRODUCTION BEGINS AFTER RECEIPT OF WRITTEN APPROVAL OF PROOF.

Item Proof

SILKSCREENED: US $45.00/CDN $49.50(G) per color/per location plus end quantity price of item; (Metal Pens and all other Items): US $50.00/CDN $55.00(G) per color/per location plus end quantity price of item.

DEBOSSING OR ENGRAVING: US $50.00/CDN$55.00(G) per location plus end quantity price ofitem.

ENGRAVING: US $50.00/CDN $55.00(G) per location plus end quantity price of item.

EMBROIDERY: US $99.00/CDN $108.90(G) tape charge plus end quantity price. Allow 5 working days. Proof Charges do not apply to order.

Blank Merchandise

End quantity Standard Service price, (except embroidered caps & visors). Blank Merchandise will ship within 24 hours. Must meet catalog minimums. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for returned blank merchandise.

Over/Under-runs

Plus or minus 7% and invoiced accordingly. Exact Quantities: add US $35.00/ CDN $38.50(G).

Terms

Net 30 Days to open account customers. Finance Charges, not to exceed 1-1/2% per month, will accrue on past due balances. We accept MasterCard, Visa & American Express. All payments must be made in U.S. FUNDS, (except Canadian orders, see below). There is a US $30.00/CDN $33.00charge for each returned check.

Collections

Accounts requiring collection will beliable for all collection costs, including all fees, costs and expenses incurred.

Cancellations

US $20.00/CDN $22.00(G) plus the cost of all billable work completed.

Liability Claims

All merchandise becomes the customer’s property upon delivery to the carrier.

Shipping

If a via is not specified for US orders, factory will use own judgement in selecting carrier and method in order to meet your deadline. Bullet Line® cannot guarantee method of shipment on 1 Day Service orders. See below for Canadian orders.

Handling Charge

US $2.50/CDN $2.75(I) per box.

Guarantee

All Bullet Line® pens include a two year shelf life guarantee on ink cartridge and a lifetime guarantee against mechanical defects.

Shipping Weights

Weights shown in this catalog are approximations only, (based on Ground shipping). Shipping weights for items packed in oversized boxes may vary greatly from actual shipping weight. Variances may occur from product density, packaging and dimensional shipping weight, (weights are marked (Dim.) for Dimentional. Bullet Line® is not responsible for differences in final freight charges versus quoted estimates.

Canadian Distributors / Orders

Canadian Production Time

Standard Service 7 days FOB Toronto. Express Service 4 days FOB Toronto. All Canadian pricing is FOB Toronto and INCLUDES all appropriate duties & brokerage fees and customs clearance shipped via our carrier. Canadian pricing does NOT include applicable taxes or freight from Toronto. Billing is in Canadian dollars.

Once a Canadian order is ready for shipping, distributor will receive an advance shipping notice (includes tracking number). All shipments are FOB Toronto, Ontario. Bullet Line® will ship via our designated carrier as prepay (no third party billing, no customer specified carriers). If you wish to arrange for pick up of your shipment, specify a carrier or use your own freight account number, your order will ship FOB Miami, Florida.

Sample Policy

Items totaling CDN $10.00 or less, shipping our designated carrier FOB Toronto, no charge. Items over CDN $10.00 are end quantity price, shipping our designated carrier FOB Toronto.
